Job Summary
- This is a FULLY REMOTE position that supports licensing projects in the US.
- Manages and completes licensing projects for clients including development of licensing applications to be delivered to the NRC and supporting documents.
- Supports RAI responses.
- Self-starter and motivated to deliver excellent results.
- An established leader with a track record of delivering results.
- Travel to client sites as required by contractual requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- 25+ years of experience in nuclear licensing
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to navigate regulatory conversations effectively and write technical documentation
- Experience with a minimum of one of the following areas (technical and/or licensing)
- Improved Tech Spec implementation
- Power Uprates
- License Renewal / Subsequent License Renewal
- 24 Month Fuel Cycle Extensions
- AP1000
- New nuclear licensing
- Early site permits
- COLAs
- Construction Permits
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous or current SRO license
- Experience working for or with NRC
- Familiarity with nuclear regulations, licensing processes, and regulatory guidance documents (e.g., NRC regulations, NUREGs).
- Experience in preparing or reviewing licensing documents
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Experience overseeing the work of a team
- Engaged in the changing nuclear licensing landscape
- Track record of delivering innovative approaches to solve licensing challenges

Compensation Range
- Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the role.
- The estimated hourly pay range for this role is $100-$150/hr.
